In order to keep prescription costs down, Cigna asks that you choose between Walgreens or CVS as your "anchor pharmacy." This does NOT impact you if you choose to get your prescriptions elsewhere (Target, Walmart, Costco, etc). You just cannot get prescriptions at BOTH Walgreens and CVS.
