Paid Time Off Benefit

Homeowners Financial Group  offers a generous Paid Time Off policy for all full-time employees (minus Licensed Mortgage Professional positions) after 90 days of employment. All PTO is front-loaded and renewed upon anniversary date. PTO and sick leave amounts vary by state. Below is the general policy. 


90 days of employment through end of 4th year of employment: 15 days (max cap is 30 days)

5 years of employment +: 20 days (max cap is 40 days)
